Delete Your Astro Vijaya AI Data

Astro Vijaya AI does not require an account, so there's no login to delete — but you can request deletion of any personal data associated with your use of the app at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to vijayasrikar69@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Astro Vijaya AI Data".
  2. Because the app has no accounts, we find your records by an anonymous ID rather than by your name. Please include your Google Play order number (from your purchase receipt) and/or the approximate dates you used AstroChat, so we can locate the correct records.
  3. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

Purchase and subscription transaction records may be retained for a limited period as required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, even after a deletion request. Google Play also independently retains its own records of any purchases, separate from Astro Vijaya AI.

On-device data

Your birth profiles (name, date/time of birth, birthplace) are stored only on your device, not on our servers. You can delete them directly within the app (Profile → Manage Profiles), and uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device.
